Looking for any charts (or copy's of) South and North Pacific, North, Central and South America coast...and yes...looking for cheap

Paper is heavy and mailing them would make the whole thing too expensive. If you are in a place where cruisers congregate then you will be able to borrow charts and make copies.

At some crossroads you will find swaps where you can exchange what you have for what you want to have at no cost.

At NZ admiralty site you can download tiffs and then print them in a local shop. There are also some such charts on US admiralty site.

Yes, I do in fact live in the SF area where there are swap meets and I will shop there too. However, I have shipped charts and bought charts through the mail. It is not too expensive. A shipping tube is $5 and from the east coast to the west coast is $15. You can easily put 50 charts in a tube. That's about .30 a chart.

Do look up the sites. I am sending you a jpg where there are some of the areas available there - as you can see plenty on the islands and S Pacific.

BTW now I recall Brazilian navy had a site with their files too.
