Interesting idea! Hope it works out for you,there are people on both sides of this equation that would like to swap.There are even tax advantages in some cases ,i.e. section 1031 IRS code.
I've always thought that there is a business oppurtunity here since some service would be providing an easy way for people to transition more readly between these two lifestyles.

if you use google earth using the address that shows on yahoo maps link. you can click on the bubble at the intersection of 8th and stephens and see the house, it opens on the light plant across the street, scroll around to the little yellow house on the corner. ( 2nd house shown)

Gota exterior [photo uploaded to blog, not the most appealing but it gives the general idea. Need less to say it is getting cleaned up and cleared out as I get stuff sold.
