"Moonlight Mile" For Sale.

Moonlight Mile is a Pearson 365 Ketch hull number 110. 1977.

This is a must see boat if your interested in a well found Pearson 365 Ketch.

Located in Kemah TX asking $54000.00 OBO.

Many, many, upgrades for cruising.
All new sails 2009.
New A/C heat installed 2010.
Engine re-build 2010.
New auto helm & wind speed 2010.
TV DVD player new 2010.
New holding tank 15 gallon 2010.
New Galvanic Isolator 2011.
All new cushions curtains.
Teak grab rails and eye brows replaced 2011.
5 gallon water heater 110vac and engine heated.
150 gallons fresh water in three tanks.
30 gallons fuel, new tank 2008.
All hand rail stanchions and chain plates stbd side removed and deck core filled with thickened epoxy prior to reinstallation of stanchions and chain plates with 4200.
Bomer hatches re-built with new gaskets and lights, frames powder coated 2010.

Nice boat. Curious as to why the fuel capacity went from 50g to 30g?

The original fuel tank was installed prior to the deck being placed and is way too big to pull through the locker the smaller tank gives a couple of advantages better engine access and or storage above the tank.
