Perkins 4-108 Parts

I recently replaced the Perkins 4-108 in my boat because it threw a connecting rod and ruined the block. I stripped the old block and have many good usable used parts including a complete head. Also available are the fuel injectors and fuel lines, heat exchanger, bell housing, and coolant tank. I'd also consider selling the oil pump unit. If interested contact me and we can talk price.

One of my favorite self quotes???

"How do you know when you have a rod knock in a diesel???

When you can see into the block to determine which rod..."

Do you still have the injectors and fuel lines? How about its starter, is it a lucas with a long nose? Is it available?

Thanks,

Richard

Re: Perkins 4-108 Parts

Hi Richard,
Yes to the injectors and fuel lines, no to the starter. Send me a private message with your e-mail or phone# and we can discuss this further.
Thanks Steve

Re: Perkins 4-108 Parts

Hi Richard,
Yes, I still have the injectors and fuel lines but no starter. Give me a call at 207-415-2466. I'm on the water now in N Carolina, heading for Oriental, and should be there sometime this weekend. Call me and leave a message with your number and I'll call you when I land.

Re: Perkins 4-108 Parts

If your Perkins engine ID No. started with the letters EDA, I would be interested in the four engine mounts, if you still have them. I can send you their diagrams from my parts book for identification. Thanks, Kimon.
