Plastimo 4 man off-shore valise life raft, model # 35227 for sale. Purchased new in November 2004. Serviced and recertified by Air-Sea Safety & Survival, Inc., Charleston, S.C., in December 2012. Certification valid until December 2015. Taken on two cruises in 2004-2005 and 2012-2013 – never deployed. When not on boat, stored in closet inside our house. Excellent condition. Located in Richmond, Virginia.
This off-shore life raft was designed for blue water use and includes 2 stacked tubes and a self-erecting canopy. This model provides safety feature for the open ocean passage maker. Some of the new items included with the 2012 servicing include: First Aid Kit, USCG; Emergency Ration, .5kg; Water Ration, 125 ml; Anti-Seasick Tabs dz; Dated D Cell; Hand Flare; Parachute Flare; Cylume Sticks. This is the second ad for the same raft. I didn't think that reducing the price on the original ad made sense in light of the time that had passed. so I posted a new ad. My mistake. In any event, it was initially listed at $1200, and we are now asking $1,000. Sorry for any confusion. gchabs.
