50 foot slip available for sublease in Point Roberts, WA marina. Great location, close to San Juan Islands and the Gulf Islands. On site maintenance and haul out, restaurant, and marine chandlery. 40 % discount off normal moorage rate and available until April 1' 2016. $325 CDN/ month plus power.
