Hi folks,we are a cruising couple who have just privately listed our pristene 1979 Watkins 36 aft cockpit,Stuart Florida(boattrader.com) at 49k. She had a professional refit at the end of 2010. Just returned from one year cruise and every thing works as designed. Almost everything is new or recent including,yanmar,trans,sail,ss ports,pumps,ground tackle,rigging,refridge,electronics and much more.
