Radar Mount is all Stainless. There is a hole drilled in the center tube below the center plate for wires to travel within tube.

The Radar Mount measurements are:
Front of mast mount to end of ring 28 1/2"
Back of mast mount to end of ring 32"
Width of ring 27 1/4"

Mast bracket is: 5" ID at widest point
Depth 3"
(6) mounting holes

The unit I have is most comparable to this one from Kato marine. Almost exact size, it actually could be this one.
