Lost my boat 2-month ago.... have a Seaward 6-gallon S/S with heat exchanger... I had replaced it (same problem you have) less than 2-years ago. Thanks, Don - I saw your heater and was mighty interested in it. Unfortunately, the space set aside for the water heater in my Bristol 35.5 seems to be made for the round Raritan. The curve of the hull at the water heater location prohibits a square unit, which is, I believe, the configuration of your Seaward.
