Purchased new in 2002 and cruised the boat off shore until mid 2005 where the head was USED. after returning home had light use thru 2009 and almost no use in 2010. I'd classify it in quite good shape. comes with the spare parts/rebuild kit.. the holding tank is 13 Gallon plastic with almost no use. Thanks for looking Don
