Rigging - San Carlos, Mexico

Have a boat sitting in dry dock in San Carlos Mexico.
Does anyone know a rigger in this area that can check rigging on a 40 foot Fuiji? Not aware of any problems but would like confirmation. Also light lines for halyards have deteriorated in sun so need to get halyards back up. Does anyone have a contact name of someone who can do it.
Will be in San Carlos around mid January.
Also would like to find someone who can do some stainless steel railing work.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Gord, we plan to ask a local when we get there in January but were kind of hoping to get a jump start on it before then. Boat yard does not like to recommend people. We will check out your suggestions

Thank
Terry
