I am always looking to upgrade. I would gladly sell my 25.5 Irwin sloop for $10,000.00 But I'd rather trade her from something a little more permanent. Any sailboat large enough to live aboard and sturdy enough (with a bit of work) for serious sailing would gladly be considered.

ya, the previous owners decided to paint her blue. The price has been considerably dropped as I am needed to go back to michigan and will no longer be able to attend to my Riley. The price is now $2500.00. My grandfather had a stroke and I need to move back home to help him.
