Rob Roy 23 (one of last built)

Rob Roy 23, customized for enhanced speed and ease.
- Remote control mast raising assist.
- Remote control stainless scissor type center board.
- Additional 400# low down ballast, @ foot of keel and center board. Big difference.
- Double furling head sails. (Unfurl the yankee foresail and feel the extra drive).
-All lines lead to the cockpit, including one bow anchor.
- Custom Burmese teak bow sprit extension.
- Aft st.st. arch support for added back stay and two additional shrouds for heavier use.
- Tohatsu 4 stroke, 8 hp with electric start & 7 amp alternator.
- Stainless engine hoist, with 4:1 block
- Stainless rub rail.
- 3 anchors, chain and line. 1 bow anchor has retrieval line from cockpit.
- Matrix 67 GPS Chartplotter, depth sounder and fish finder, with side view.
- Tiller autopilot.
- Built-in dual battery charger.
- Supposedly full foam floatation (?).
- New bottom paint.
- Water tight plug for outboard well, with auto bilge for racing. PHRF 276…LOL.
- Whale bilge pump for a 42 footer and 2 electric auto bilge pumps, (Insurance at sea.)
- Cockpit awning.
- Solar exhaust fan.
- 2 axle trailer, brakes don’t work, I use it locally.
- Includes a 1 hand no skill unique sculling oar that will tickle your fancy, showing off on a windless day.
- It has a fully equipped interior including, 1 burner, sink, deck wash down hose, 2 bunks, ice box, porta potti. It has a sit down comfy & cozy teak interior. A 5000 btu AC unit hooked up to the Honda 2000 would be helpful (not Include)
- Honda 2000 generator with a custom stainless and brass/bronze thru hull exhaust system concealed in cockpit with temperature gauge. Honda 2000 included.
- Upon sale, I will hire a professional boat cleaner and hull polisher.
- More extra parts than the legal stuff required and other bells and whistles.
- Owner is a Master skipper (Ret.), blue water sailor and yacht designer. I'm sellin cause,

Andrew, I tried to post photos, but for some reason they didn't go thru. Anyway if it helps any, go to my albums. I have three. Number 3 has RR23s photos and I have iots more I can send to your email address or whatever is Ok, Capt.Fred
