S&S New York 32, Hull #5 'Gaucho' - 1934

This classic wooden yacht needs a new home. We have two boats, and one is enough. GAUCHO has been completely rebuilt for offshore sailing, an amazing custom interior and teak decks, varnished hull.

My wife and I have been sailing twice on a NY 32 out of Castine, ME. They are wonderful sailing boats, fast and beautiful.

She is very fast in the right conditions. She won the Flip Flop Regatta here is Boston 4 years ago! Decks were awash as we crossed the line putting the hitech guys to shame. When heel a bit in some wind the long overhangs come into play. They are powerful sailors thats for sure!
