Simpson-Lawrence Hyspeed 510. Single-speed, double-action (retrieves chain on both forward and backward lever strokes) manual windlass in good working order. 3/8" BBB gipsy. $325 plus shipping from western Massachusetts.

I am interested in your manual windlass, does it slip or does it work really well? Do you have an idea of shipping costs to San Diego?
