Located on the Lower Chesapeake currently on the hard (bottom repainted).

Built in 1979 with lots of upgrades. All Sails in good condition, 2 genoas and a spinnaker included. Roller furling Jib. New 110 power throughout the inside. Teak and Holly sole. Comfortable center Cockpit design with Aft pullman style stateroom. Lots of storage. VHF Radio, depth and wind speed. Mast recently rewired. Yanmar Diesel Engine.

I have a Formula 31SC Express 1982. Runs excellent good condition. This boat has twin 454 merc 300 gal fuel. 150 gal water. I'm in the process of refitting the head as it is out of date. The boat is 37' overall with a 12' beam. It has an enormous cockpit for fishing. It is also only ever been in fresh water Lake Ontario if interested please PM me. I'm listing it at $21,000. But if your sailboat is what we are looking for then I'm interested in a trade.

Do you have pictures of interior and exterior and other info on the boat? It is my son looking for the fishing boat. I don't know much about fishing boats so I will let him know about this. It may be on the big side because I think he was wanting something 25- 28 ft. With a trailer. But I will present this option.
