Sailboat 37'-45' Center Cockpit 1987 or Newer

I'm looking to buy a sailboat at least 37' but not more than 45'. It should be 1990 or newer, fiberglass hull, diesel inboard, center cockpit design. I don't want a project boat; It needs to be seaworthy but I can put some work (spelled m-o-n-e-y) into it. I'm located near the upper half of the Chesapeake Bay but am willing to consider boats from up and down the East coast - provided they are capable of being sailed and/or motored to Annapolis. My budget is less than $90k. Please PM me if you have, or know of someone who has, a boat fitting this description. Thanks.

p.s. I would consider boats slightly older (1980's) but they would have to be immaculate, refitted, clean and dry, and modernized.

Call your local banks. I am sure one fitting your needs and budget is in a foreclosure bin on some bank managers desk. With the economy down, people are walking away.

Pretty much exactly my search criteria when I started boat shopping with one addition, cutter rig.

Have you tried yachtworld.com? Gives you a lot of search options to filter the for sale list including age, price, length and center cockpit.

Never thought of that. Have you or anyone else tried this?

Yes I've been on yacht world. Just expanding my options by reaching out on the forum.
