Hello we are a small family of 3 looking for a yacht 38' or over for a lease to own by a New Zealand family, currently residing in Northern California. I have 45 years of sailing experience and would like to create an adventure for our family to remember that is rich in culture. We are looking for water sailing">Blue water sailing with live in accommodations to navigate the world until well....we decide to stop!! Willing to negotiate all terms and paid in full within one year. Trades are also welcome as I am a licensed plumber/gas fitter/builder/electrician and also build one of a kind custom furniture and proud to be a member of the European Guild of Master Craftsman. We are also interested in Vessels in need of refurbishment. Cheers and we are excited to see where our journey shall begin!!
