For Sale: SanJuan 34

I have a Hunter 34 San Juan to sell. It needs some tinkering but the bilge is dry, the rigging looks solid, steering is tight. It has fold up prop, solid rod rigging, swim ladder. The atomic 4 engine is toast. I think the winches and rigging are worth more than I'm asking. I only have the main sail. This is the boat that is the topic of my first few posts here on CF in the thread "salvage lein"
I have about twenty pics on an email ready to send if anyone is interested. I have $5K in it, and will sell it for that. The slip fee is $125 a month, $800 per year if you lease the slip.
