- Is it Deck or Transom mount?
- Is the rudder/tiller arm assembly included?

Just a quick post to thank Gene Cohen for all his help in getting the Sayes Rig to us and commend cruising & sailing forum for providing the platform where surpluss equipment can find a good home.
