Seawind 1000 or Maine Cat 30, West Coast North America

I'm looking for a seawind 1000 or Maine Cat 30 on the west coast, US or NA. Anyone know of one for sale or an owner that might consider selling?

Yes, there is a seawind in Los Angeles on yachtworld, but it's an ex charter boat from Cabo that is apparently in mid repair. I've emailed the owner several times about looking at it, and since Feb he's been saying next time he's in town he'll show it too me. But still nothing.

One of the advantages of a Seawind 1000 is they are a tough boat. Nothing much seems to go wrong with them that can't be repaired.
