For Rent: Secure Dock In Nassau

My friend has 75ft of dock space available in Coral Harbour on the south side of Nassau starting in May. We have kept our boats there for the last two years. Coral Harbour is a canal system that was cut into the island in the 1950s. It is residential and is about 5min from the airport. It is probably the safest spot in the Bahamas in a storm. The owners live on site and thus far we have not had any crime issues. This includes our leaving a Carolina Skiff moored in the water next to our boat (with a lock and cable). Power and water are available. This is primarily a place to keep your boat while you are back in the States. His rate is $13 per ft per month with power charged separately. PM me if interested.
