Τhis is a used selden boom 15 foot (4,63 meters LOA) came out from a broken boat. It was a long time put on the ground so there are some signs of cosmetic but general is in good condition as you see in the photo. On e-bay there are some used selden booms cost from 1500 to 2000$.
