Six Marine Batteries - 4-85Ah Matched Set, Located in Sydney, Australia

For Sale in Sydney

Due to racing regs, had to change all batteries to AMG's, so my lead acid banks are for sale.

4 - 85Ah Lead Acid batteries, bought in the US in Oct 2008 as a match set (date of manu, amp test, load test, etc) for house bank #1. These batteries have charged with solar and a Balmar 80amp alternator when motoring with a temperature cut-off. Good batteries, much life still in them. Only want to selling all four as a match set at $200. Sydney pick-up.

2 - Mexican marine batteries - These were on the boat, load tested and kept them as our starting battery bank. $25/per Sydney pick-up.

Will sell all six for $240, you pick up. Or you pay shipping.

Will post photos and extended brand, model, etc after the weekend.

Do I gather from the labels that the Mexican batteries are 140 amp/hr?

Cheers

I don't think they are 140 amp/hr... the sticker reads Cap. de Reserva 140min, but it is unknown what load they tested at. I would consider them 65amp/hr equivalent, but like I said don't know the age or anything other than they are older than July 2008.

Thanks for the reply, but that's too small for my purpose.

Fair winds!
