For Sale: Tanzer 22 Shoal Keel / Center Board Design and Duel Axle Trailer

this is a good solid boat it is comfortable and easy to sail. I used it to cruise the thousand islands for the 2010 season and currently have it stored near Brantford Ontario Canada

paint was done in July 2010 top and bottom before and after photos available
5 coats of interlux interprotect 2000E, 3 coats of interlux VC17for the bottom
and 2 coats interlux brightside for the top side.

the boat also has all new port lights (windows)

also included all the cushions, anchor, fenders, sails and anything else I have that goes with the boat.

the trailer has 4 brand new trailer tires and all lights work

the boat can be launched from the trailer

the shoal keel has a 2 foot draft with the center board up and 4 foot with the center board down.

it takes me and two other people about an hour to raise the mast.

I sold the short shaft 9.9merc I was using in the summer because a long shaft motor is recommended in the manual. (short shaft will work but in rough weather the prop will come out of the water)
