For Sale: Tartan 27 - Parting Out

I have stalled 50% the way thru my tartan project and i am in need of some cash for a new venture....

Tartan topside completely new all soft spots have been fixed... new topside paint, all teak redone, new cockpit sole, all fixtures have been sand blasted and repainted or powder coated. new windows and portholes. mast hinged for deck stepping. looks great... interior is in great shape as well could use a few things but is in good shape and no rot...
bottom coat is is fresh interlux 2500
boom is from a Catalina 27, comes with main and jib and a storm jib.
comes with standing rigging that is in great shape no meat hooks.
needs all new running rigging and a outboard to navigate, and new rubrail. no trailer.
boat is located in utah i can help deliver with in 100miles... but you will need a crane cause the trailer stays with me....
hull is sound,

I removed the Yanmar 2qm15 for my other boat and don't want to put it back... it runs, i have started it.
like to get $1500 plus 100 to ship.
Includes tranny and exhaust.
