Want to Rent: Tasmania, New Zealand or ?

I'm a sailor with a couple of boats who wishes to travel in New Zealand, Tasmania or who knows....around December to March(flexible), this year. I hate hotels and would rather be aboard a boat someplace. If you're selling your boat and need a "caretaker", I can promise you that it will be neater and cleaner with me there. I am a 63 year old retired guy who has always wanted to travel to that part of the world. I have any kind of reference you need, and I'm not looking for a handout. I don't need big or fancy, but if that's what you have, I can make that work as well.
I would probably use the boat for a living base, and travel around some.
