My torqueedo drive unit froze up and was too expensive to repair. Only used a dozen times but outside warranty period.

Battery always kept charged. Not sure if the battery can be shipped easily. Located in Boston area.
Battery always kept charged and like new. Charger, orange pins and mount also with it if wanted.
New battery $600. Will sell this for $200 plus shipping.
