Trinka 10 Dink with Sailing Rig--Fort Lauderdale

We are continuing to lighten ship and have decided to move from a sailing "second dingy" to a kayak or two. We've always been a "sports car and a station wagon" family but our experiment in two tenders has proven a failure; too heavy, too much deck space, etc. So, we're offering our well used Trinka 10 at what I think is a very fair price. IF you pick it up from us in Fort Lauderdale. I'll have pix up tomorrow, raining too hard now.

what you get:

Well used but fully sound white Trinka 10
2 sets wooden oars
blades (center board and rudder)
spars (two part mast and boom)
sail
teak floorboards
bilge pump and float switch

Issues:

Teak floor boards need some work to repair a crack
Oars and spars need sanding and varnish
Gunnel needs fender; avail from Hamilton Marine

She rows and sails very well and motors like a banshee with a 2hp.

For full details the Trinka website.

New price: $5100

Our price: $1500

FOB Lake Sylvia, FL <grin>

That's just what I was looking for! Unfortunately, my "Mothership" is in Green Cove Springs and I am in Afghanistan. I wonder what it would cost to ship it to Green Cove Springs? It's around 311 miles.

Someone asked shipping charges; looks like about $100 to pack it and $250 to ship to Seattle. Packing materials would be a bunch of bubble and stretch wrap...

Shipping cost of my new Trinka 8, (non-sailing version) to California a few months ago was over $600, not including the cost of crate.
