Just found this in my dad's possessions. Maybe someone out there who appreciates the 'historical value' and as comparison to current rules. FYI: you might be surprised how not much has changed except the increased burden of the rules. For example: Huck Finn's raft would be required to sound a horn in snow, heavy rain, or fog.
