You might try Sailrite for dodger kits. There are also several books on canvas work that give the procedure for building you own. You can find the titles at the Sailrite web site/catalog.

A friend at my marina built one for his Hunter 30. It took a bit of work since it was his first sewing job but it turned out rather well.

We have one good used frame with an old cover to use as a template.

Only one catch. You have to sail over to Sydney to pick it up !
