Wanted Garmin G-Chart SF Bay

Don't laugh, I'm trying to find Garmin G-Chart carts for SF Bay... GUS510SS, GUS518SL, GUS511SS for my GPSMAP230.

This is my backup GPS, but would be handy to have the carts for it if I find them cheap.

Hey, whats so funny about the SF Bay?

Have you tried Ebay or West Marine? Sometimes the people at West Marine are so helpful as to tell you where you can get what you need even though they don't sell it.

How do you like your boat? I have been researching Privliges as a possible boat to buy.

Yep, I've been monitoring eBay (and Craigslist). I'll try asking around West Marine, but that can be pretty hit or miss, depending on whether or not there's an actually boater working that day or not.

We love our Privilege! It's got it's pluses and minuses like any boat, but overall we are really happy with our decision. She's a very livable boat.

You'd be surprised how many people laugh when looking for this sort of stuff for old but perfectly working systems.

Have you tried Googling it to see what pops up?

Yup, sometimes older and simpler is better than newer and more complex. A perfect example is to go to the NOAA.gov website and try to find your local weather forecast. If you don't already know where to look, I bet it takes you five minutes to find it.

Simple is generally less likely to break as well.
