I have a 39'11" CAL39 that is 6 ft shorter than you want, but is a fast boat that is roomie inside.

You can find my post in here or in miami craiglist. For $21k it needs very little in investment. About $5K in between bottom paint, bearings for the furler, and labor to change the wax coils in the stuffing box.
