Friends that we met on the Loop have their Tollycraft 48 cockpit for sale. It is located in Kemath TX. He is an Airframe and Powerplant mechanic with Inspection Authorization that worked for Gulfstream the maker of top level corporate jets and a little anal about maintaince. I've not seen one in better condition for the age.

The TX Tolly has been sold, there is another one much more expensive 100K but we still may take a look.

Ocean Alexander sedan 45 is an alternative.
