We're going back for round two, spending 9 months on the pacific side of Mexico, Central and South America. After the first 9 months on the boat, we've broke down and decided to put a water maker on the boat.

So... Anyone have one they're looking to sell?

We're looking for something 12v or 24v. Willing to take parts and pieces too.

We have a Village Marine Little Wonder 6gal/hr 12V unit that we will be selling to install a larger volume 120V unit in its place. We are currently in the Rio Dulce, Guatemala, so getting it to you may be difficult depending on where exactly you are located.

The unit has a new HP pump and new pressure vessel (both new in the past 3 years) and runs perfectly. The membrane has 1yr or less left on it, as it started producing higher salinity readings recently. This unit takes standard size membranes, so a new membrane will cost <$150 ( WaterAnywhere Seawater RO Membranes Elements for Seawater Desalination and Watermakers reverse osmosis systems, water filters, membranes, testers & components ).
