I'm selling my inflatable dinghy because I'm looking to buy a rigid sailing dinghy. It's in great condition. It's 9 feet long and has the wooden floors, so she is very stable and can plane quickly even with 3hp outboard.

Ribs don't have wood floors. Also, if you read the op's specs, he says it has a v-shaped inflatable keel.
Ribs have solid fiberglass or aluminum hulls.
