I had hoped my medical situation would improve but it seems that's not in the cards..so I'm selling my baby.

Still in the bags (never installed) 110 Yankee, 100 Staysail, Full battened main with three reefs. All Tanbark from North Sails

Yanmar YM 20 in great shape with low hours. Hour meter never worked but it was new in 2008. I bought it a few years later and have only put maybe a hundred hours on it. It is in great shape and seriously hauls ass.



Brand new Batteries
New Mastervolt Charger (not installed)

Brand new CapeHorn self steering. Still in the box.

Little Cod Wood stove. Never used (except for the alcohol burners)

Brand new Harken furler with new forestay.

All new turnbuckles.

10 foot Porta-Bote

A crapload of hand and power tools (routers, circular saw, impact driver, drills, cordless and corded, socket sets, grinders, etc.)

On the hard (shrink wrapped) at Herrington Harbor North.

This boat could be ready to sail with only a few days work.

Disclosure:
I took down the headliner and disconnected the lights and never replaced them. They're still there just disconnected.
I partially deconstructed the head and installed an Airhead composting toilet. It's usable but not pretty.
I have 90% of the water tank cut out (was going to use collapsible plastic jugs) and cut out the icebox.
Mast was rewired and all lights replaced but wiring not connected to boats electrical system yet. There are three minor leaks coming from the caprail (caprail is chewed up in a few places) and the companionway hatch is toast..the sliding hatch leaks more than Edward Snowden.
There was a slight mast compression issue and in the pics you can see my solution.
I think I've represented the boat fairly and disclosed all major flaws.
