WTB: 35-40' Cat

Hi everyone,
Dana and I are looking for a 35-40 foot sailing cat for under $150K USD. We have boarded several boats recently and so far the short list contiains a 1997 Lagoon 37, 2001 Wildcat 35 and a 1992 Kennex 38 (I thnk that one has a contract on it now). So, any other available cats in that price range with twin diesels? We are located in St Petersburg FL and will travel most anywhere on the East coast to check serious offerings.

We are offering makai up for sale. She is a Voyage /Maxim 380 built for us in 2003 and launched in 2004. One owner never charter and has an extensive list of equipment. The price is a little higher than you mention, but is loaded and a proven cruiser.
