WTB: 35'+ Catamaran

I'm planning to buy /co-own a charter-type catamaran in November 2009. Here's what I am looking for:

• Boat should be in the Gulf region
• 35 ft or bigger
• 3 or more dbl cabins
• Diesel engines
• Ocean going capabilities
• Good size cockpit
• Trampoline

Ideal boats that I had in mind: Lagoon 380, FP Athena, Catana 38, Privilege 12, Leopard 38.

I run a tennis academy in a major seaside resort in Turkey during the summer. What I wanted to do is do some extensive cruising from November 09 and March 2010. Long term, I would like to be able to use the boat as a business. For this I see several long-term options:
Have the boat working as a day-charter boat at the resort - good revenue potential IMO
Use the boat for skippered/bareboat charter. Good marketing possibilities from inside the resort, plus through website (I'm quite good at internet marketing/search engine optimization) and ads in sailing magazines.

By October this year, I'll have app. 50k$ (I know that's not much for the type of boat I specified) and I would be able to pay another 50k$ the year after. So I'm looking for someone who would either consider owner financing for his boat, or someone to be willing to enter a business partnership based on joint ownership.
