WTB: Used Diesel for Re-Power and Rollerfurling

Wanted used diesel for re-power and rollerfurling.

I bit the bullet and bought a 1979 Albin Ballard 30..

Only problem is the diesel (Volvo) is junk, frozen, a mooring!

SO I have to re-power and am looking for a used diesel at a good price.. I am in Naples Fla.

Also looking for a furling kit as well..

So far I found website w/ a running Yanmar 2GMF for 3 grand..

Any and all suggestions welcome..Thanks..!!

I doubt that a 30 ft. sailboat would justify diesel-powered roller-furling.
Otherwise, good luck ($3K isn't bad for a like-new 2GMF).

Try eBay Motors. You'll be surprised at what you find. When you do a search try a couple different misspellings, i. e. Deisel.

Nice.. Thanks Didn't find a 20-25 hp there I could use. but worth keeping any eye on..
