Yanmar 2 QM for sale

I have a good running 2QM for sale or trade with a 2 lever Morse control and engine panel. It is currently installed in my PSC Orion, soon to be repowered with a 2YM. Any 1/2 reasonable offer is fine. The engine is on the South Coast of the US. ( Mississippi) E mail me and we'll work something out.

I am looking for a 2gm would this be in the same family. I plan to put into a 27 Tartan which was orginal a Atomic 4. My research has indicated the universal m18 or the 2gm. However it is old information so not sure if 2gm is still in production.

2QM is about 40% larger than a GM series.

Why are you looking to repower with used engines?

Both the M18 and 2GM are out of production. Most parts are still available. If your removing an Atomic 4 and going diesel. Look at universal and Beta. They are the easiest and most cost effective. It's not as expensive in the long run to repower new as you might think.

atomic 4 gone

Long story. the a4 is long gone was already repowered to diesel which is also gone. just and empty space right now.
Also why the boat is such a deal. (At least I think so) Course I would rather have a 57 chevy than a 07 chevy.
