Thanks Hal, I appreciate your taking time to get back to me. I've been a fan of Ted's design since the first time I saw one. I have a brother up in Portland who is tracking down one of his Navy buddies that does broker work on the side in your area. I'm hoping to get someone to give it a look see before shelling out survey fees. We're in the same ball park concerning what I could lay down for a retirement home on the water. I've still many loose ends to tie up before being able to leave the land of 10,000 lakes and would likely have to keep her on the hard till being able bug out. I won't be surprised if a more experienced sailor grabs your vessel before I can get all the ducks in a row. But just so you know I would like a shot at her.
