I was responsible for analysis of project, bidding, negotiation, vendor and
sub contractor selection, material purchasing, scheduling, project budget
and development, quality and control.

I started with responsibility for purchasing materials and managing
production and dimensioning hand-cut sails projected and designed by Banks
UK. In 1991, after a master in Banks UK, I started to design and project
with Banks Home Made Sail Design Program e to develop the project on floor
dimension one to one, making fist and second cut and supervising sewing and
finishing. I was responsible for customers assistence and boat tuning too.
In 1992 we bought a plotter cutter Cutting Edge 17x2.5 mt. Since 1992 to
1996 I was responsible for project, design, production of automatic-cut
sails; I controlled the entire production process, customers assistence and
boat tuning for many important local and national races (Ims Italian
Championships, Capri etc..). On races I have experience as skipper, main
sail trimmer, tactician, tailer.
