Crew Wanted: Back Again Powerboat Needs Crew

I though I had someone to travel with me on my 40' sedan cruiser from New Bern, NC to around Daytona, FL during November. He is a friend's son who was being laid off for the season by Tow BoatUS but now has a winter work offer he can't turn down and therefore I'm back to square one. I had some good people that responded and would like to hear from those and any others that are interested.

I need someone that has a reasonable amount of cruising experience, knows their way around an engine compartment and could change a fly belt if needed (boat is in top shape but you never know and there are things I'm just not strong enough for), can help with navigation (she had all new electronics that have been a lot of fun working with but me from old school also have all needed paper charts), has an easy going personality, up to three weeks free (allowing for weather and a little sight seeing by land or by dinghy) and last but not least can enjoy my home cooking!!

No pay but I will: take care of all cruising expenses including travel to and from your location, be pleasant and easy going, have a light drink or two (never while underway) and cook some really good meals but also take us out to dine.

Unfortunately, I can't make that trip due to other commitments, but I wish I could. You have made a nice offer, paying expenses, (good home cooking is always appreciated too) for crew and I wish you the best of luck getting a good crew.
