Caribbean to Cambridge

We are a Brazilian married couple (Gus is 36, Nati is 31) sailing our Trintella 44 from Martinique to Boston. Gus has sailed most of his life and Nati has been learning the arts of sailing over the last 5 years.

Departed Martinique on April 16th, and sailed to Sta Lucia, Dominica, Terre de Haute, Montserrat, Sint Maarten, BVI, Culebrita, Culebra and now are in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Started with 2 crew (a couple of friends from Brazil), but she had to leave in BVI due to a new job and her boyfriend left us yesterday here in San Juan.

We plan to be in FL by the late May/ early June and Boston on late June. Looking for crew to passage shifts. Despite some deadlines we are trying to make the trip as enjoyable as possible.

We plan to depart San Juan in two days after completing our to do list in town.

Best,

Gus and Nati

Re: Caribbean to Cambridge

Marathon is probably out of your way, but if you're planning a stop in the keys, I can put up a crew wanted notice for you at the marina board here.

Re: Caribbean to Cambridge

Indeed it is not in our plans to get through the keys but thanks anyway for your interest in supporting us.

I may sail directly into Ft. Lauderdale or Jacksonville, it will depend on sailing conditions on our last stretch.

If you are willing to share the add, please add our emails:

Thank you!

I'm in the Bahamas now. Are you coming up this way? I'm a 37 year old male with a good bit of racing and cruising experience. Email me at ubshanky@gmail.com.
