Re: Circumnavigation

Sounds like an interesting trip. I was wondering how many 50 cal machine guns will you have mounted for your run through the Gulf of Aden, on your 50' Catamaran ??
all the best

cheers

Re: Circumnavigation

Maybe he's not going through the Gulf of Aden ...

To the OP, good luck mate.

I suppose he may sail back out of the Med through Gibraltar . seem unlikely, but you may be right TP 12

Re: Circumnavigation

I’m very interested to be under consideration for your upcoming sailing adventure!
I have been a full time RV’er for the last nine years; I love travel and am used to small spaces and making do with whats at hand.
This past winter I crewed aboard a 57’ ketch as cook and loved it! I don’t have much sailing experience but want to learn. I am certified wilderness emergency aid first responder.
At a healthy 58 years old, I want to see the world! I don’t drink, smoke or take drugs, but don’t mind if you do. I’m happy go lucky, a morning person, easy to get along with but not a pushover.
My interests are exploring other cultures, SCUBA- Padi certified, fishing, cooking , reading, music, dance, conversation ( but I’m not a chatter box).
I retired from the phone company 10 years ago, have pension and health benefits, I get by OK.
I can be reached at comettreker@gmail.com or by phone at 415-828-0743
I can provide references from my prior boat Captain and crew.
thank you for your consideration.
sincerely,
Lisa Kamieniecki
