Hello,

My name is Daniel Fried. I’m 27. I live in Stockholm, studying to become a landscape architect. At the moment I am on a sabbatical and I am looking to join a vessel that is in/or heading to the Caribbean. I will be visiting friends in New York City in the beginning of October, but I will be able to get anywhere on the eastern seaboard. I have been sailing for a couple of years now, with experience from the east coast of Sweden and mostly the Stockholm archipelago. I learn fast and love to further my knowledge and experience of the sea.

I have previously worked for four years as a cook/chef so I will have no problem doing some cooking. I have also worked as a photographer and photographer’s assistant.

My lifestyle has always favoured being active and I am always open for new experiences and challenges. I am open-minded and love meeting new people, sharing stories and learning.

I am primarily looking for a boat that is in the Caribbean or heading for the Caribbean in October/November of 2009. I am also interested in positions on boats along the East Coast (U.S.)

I have a limited budget but don’t mind sharing expenses if it is a reasonable amount.
