Crew Available: Crew in Rio

I've been living in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, for nearly 6 months and at some stage I will have to leave. If anyone needs/wants crew and is passing Rio, please let me know.

I'm an experienced sailor, having cruised all round Tasmania and Victoria and parts of Queensland, Australia. I've raced dinghies and larger boats, mainly off Melbourne. I've spent a lot of time cruising/living on a 28 foot cutter my family owns on the Gippsland Lakes, Victoria, Australia.

I'm male, 32, speak Portuguese fairly well and can cook.

Through a commercial site I've been in touch with John, who was looking for crew, but I dont think either John or I want to spend the $100 (!!!) to talk to each other. I looked around for John on the web and found this site. John, if you're out there, drop me a line! roderick[at]ecolarge.com

Sou australiano, tenho 32 anos. Estou morando no Rio, mas logo preciso sair Brasil. Tenho muito anos de experience veleirando, nos iates grandes e pequenos. Não escreveu Portuguese bem, mas entendeu melhor! Gosto de aprender mais.
