Crew Wanted: crew wanted from Panama to Chile

Hello,
I'm looking for one experienced crew from Panama to Valdivia (Chile). We will stop in the Galapagos and sail to Easter Island before heading to the south of Chile.
Short about us:
we are two on board
speaking french, english and german
the boat is a 35ft ketch, built in 1977, well maintained, just about to cross the Atlantic for the 7th time.
Leaving Panama about mid-January
We share the expenses
No ticket to or from anywhere paid by us.
