Crew Wanted: Crew Wanted Jamaica to Thailand

Hi,
Looking for crew to help sail a 36' Union cutter from Jamaica to Thailand for immediate start.
Semi-retired Kiwi needs replacement crew to sail from Jamaica as crew member has had to leave unexpected.
The itinerary is fairly loose and the boat will not be rushing.
Great opportunity for someone wanting the adventure and experience.
Crew for part of the voyage are welcome as well.
Next leg will be Jamaica to Panama and then on to the Galapagos.
Crew will need to be able to afford to pay their way and have realistic expectations on what a voyage like this involves.
Yes, it is a great adventure but at times sailing is hard work and the long passages in confined spaces with other people is not for everyone.
A realistic mindset, and easy going personality is a must.
